First Haircut

We cut a 'tiny bit' of Guthrie's hair tonight.
She did better than we thought she would and the worst part of it was definitely the brushing out beforehand.


As soon as it was over she asked, "how I look mom and dad?"

we think she looks beautiful. and even though it looks pretty straight in this i don't think she lost any of her curls - it's just wet.
Whew! Huge sigh of relief.

And a little sadness at our baby growing up.

Now we'll just have to wait and see if it's even tomorrow. I've never cut curly hair before. Especially on a wiggly three year old!
