T minus 1 hour until the hardwood floor installation starts.
i could not be more thankful!
like as in i won't have to worry about the old stain the kids pick up on their hands from the floor.
like as in i can throw that nasty rug away!
like as in our whole floor will be one level --- if you've never stepped halfway off subflooring down 3/4 of an inch to old hardwood let me save you the experience - it is unpleasant!
like as in thank goodness i can put an end cap on this that defined the last half of our summer.
